We are happy to offer one of services or our highly recommended annual service. Our most popular standard service offers a thorough check of the system, ensuring that all moving parts are disassemble, lubricated and re-assembled, any safety issues or foreseeable problems are reported to the customer verbally and within the service report. For those entrances that are subject to extensive use we suggest upgrading to our bespoke service agreement that will be tailored to your entrance system requirements.
All new installations are issued with a 12 month warranty as standard, we do offer a further 12 month warranty period after the systems received its first annual service! We strongly recommend continuing with this service and we would send you a polite reminder to schedule the systems next service. Any outdoor system with continued moving parts requires regular maintenance to ensure a smooth, reliable and stress free entrance!
Call Outs
We always try to help our customers over the phone with step by step system checks free of charge, however if the issue is more technical and a engineer is required to visit site we offer a fast and efficient call out procedure. Our normal working hours are 8.00am - 17.00pm Mon-Fri, however we offer extremely competitive 24hr 7 days a week call out rates if required.
Gate Automation
There is a large variety of gate automation available in 12v, 24v 230v and even three phase, here at AJ Electric Gates we only offer the tried and tested systems, having worked with a large variety of the different manufacturers we only offer the systems that we feel comfortable and confident with. Underground, ram operated, hydraulic, electro-mechanical are only a few of the different options available, the recommended automation will be subject to the gates intensity, dimensions and operation.
Access Control
Now your gates are automated, you need an access control system to allow your automated gates to operate to your requirements! Domestic premises generally require a call point system for visitors to contact you for approval, wireless/wired audio and video systems are available with the option of a built in keypad system for those more frequent and trusted visitors. The more common and successful GSM systems operate through the mobile phone network allowing potential visitors to contact you worldwide for access to your property. Exit keypads, push buttons and vehicle sensing detectors are a few of the other options available. Your system will come as standard with two remotes operating within a 150m radius. Additional remotes can be added to the system.
Gate Safety
Gate Safety is one of the most critical design features when proposing an automatic gated system. As standard on any installation we offer a detailed handover report providing the results and certificate from our force test analysis. We can of course offer a safety check to any system already installed by others.
Telescopic Gates
Telescopic Gates are the perfect solution for the entrances where space is a premium, a conventional 4 meter sliding gate requires almost 5 meters behind the gate for it to slide into. The telescopic gate system we have to offer only requires 2.5 meters thus allowing customers who had previously thought a sliding gate was not an option to reconsider.
